1 glass V8 Light Strawberry-Banana
2 oz sliced Turkey Breast
1 slice Colby Cheese
2 slices multi-grain bread
Dinner:
3 slices whole grain toast with olive oil butter
1 slice cheese pizza
TOO MUCH ALCOHOL.
