1 cup iced tea, no sugar

I have fought the constant battle of weight-loss. My senior year in college and my first year out, I was at my ideal weight --- looking great, of course. Moving back to Ohio was rough on the body and the effect could be seen on the scale. My goal during the first 45 days of 2008 is to lose the first fifteen pounds of the weight that I have gained since college.
